In an abundance of caution, we are temporary limiting our lobby service as of the end of
business hours on Thursday, March 26th, to prevent the spread of coronavirus (covid-19), and to comply with social distancing practices. We are committed to serving you during this time, and want to inform you of our efforts to continue to operate safely and effectively.
We are still available during business hours via the drive-thru for all deposits and withdrawals, check cashing and loan payments. General banking questions can be answered through contacting us at (575) 748-1345. Please continue to use our online banking services, night drops, and ATMs. If you are new to online banking, and would like assistance in setting up the service, please contact us.
Limited lobby services include access to your safe deposit box, account opening, turning in required or timely documents, lending services, etc. We ask that you access your accounts remotely to minimize the risk associated with this virus. If you need to come inside, please call (575) 748-1345 to make arrangements in advance, or inquire at the drive-thru.
We will continue to monitor the situation as changes are determined by the Center of Disease Control and Prevention, and adapt as necessary. Although this is a difficult decision, our mission is to provide better than expected service means keeping everyone safe and doing what is best for both our customers and our employees. The virus has now hit many of us very close to home and its so very important to do all we can to protect each and every one of us.
